We are currently only accepting cash on delivery USD payments.
As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, only changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering are processed.
Unfortunately all requests after this time will no longer be possible.
Your order can be returned for a full refund after delivery and if the product was not opened or tampered with in any way.
Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
Shipping
Yes, we ship all over Lebanon and accept Cash on delivery payments.
All of our products are prepared fresh after the order has been placed to guarantee that our clients will get the best quality and potency. Please allow for up to 2 business days for your order's preparation phase to be completed. The order is then dispatched to the shipping company that will deliver it to your door in 1-3 business days inside Beirut and 2-5 days outside Beirut.
Orders take between 1-3 days inside Beirut and 2-5 days outside Beirut. That includes order preparation time and shipping time.
If you don't receive your order within 7 days, please proceed to contact us at support@mushiesleb.com.
If you have not received your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. Please note that shipping reschedules are not considered part of the 30 days grace period.
